About Us
We Are East was started by me, Sarah Boyd. The name is a play on our roots (Norwich, East of England), an anagram of key family initials and also signifies the direction from which the new day rises.
I started We Are East after the realisation that at the core of what I do is finding and pulling out all the threads that are needed to delivery successful change.
In our busy world, sometimes the time to think and create is the last thing we prioritise but they are vital to new futures. I know how hard it can be once you are on the treadmill of busy, reactive organisational cultures to do this and how useful a bit of extra support can be,
